This is a rosin made based on Galeazzi's first recipe, which he used personally. It offers a very responsive string response, making it much easier to play basses, especially those made of bare gut, which are therefore particularly large.

For the viola there is a set of strings consisting of:

a Cantino di Napoli for the La,
a Cantino di Napoli for the Re,
a Cordone di Roma for the Sol,
Silver Wound for the C.

The strings are 140 cm long. in length and are calculated for a vibrating length of 36 cm., so for a different length it is necessary to calculate the calibers using Arto's string calculator and order the strings by mail (to: This email address is being protected from spambots.
